Peak Design owns Kickstarter. No matter what they do, they succeed on Kickstarter. This time around, in just three days, Peak Design’s $500,000 goal has been nearly tripled.

Why is a bit easier to explain than how. These new Everyday designs look impressive, with photography-specific tricks laden in every corner of the new Backpack, Tote, and Sling. They all fit the now standard Everyday look and are sure to sell like hotcakes when they hit the market in late 2016.

I’ll have my eyes darting back and forth between reviews of the Backpack in December. I’m curious about how much space there will be to hold non-photography gear in that main compartment. If this can be a backpack first and a camera bag second, I think it’s going to be a must have.
