Here’s another Cereal Magazine photographer for you. Kate’s work has graced the magazine a few times, but she has also done work for a number of other publications. Even Martha Stewart said Kate is one of the best in the business.

I think Kate’s ability to be consistent across all her landscape photos while still mixing things up with different focal lengths is what draws me to her photographs. Some of her landscapes are clearly shot with a wide angle lens, while most of her more powerful landscapes appear to be shot with a telephoto lens. The compression of distance with a telephoto lens can be played brilliantly in landscape photography, and I’d wager Kate’s work represents mastery of this skill.

If you’re as in love with Kate’s work as I am, you’ll be eyeing at least one of her prints. Having one of these grace a wall in my living room would be fantastic.
