Everpix was a fantastic cloud service that uploaded your photos from your devices for a small fee. Since its inception, Everpix was considered the service that Apple should have implemented.

But Everpix just couldn't make it work. And it certainly was not for a lack of effort or cash.

Following the shutdown, Everpix gave the internet free reigns over its business stats and financial data. One of the stats included was daily website traffic.

I think it's a fascinating look into the effect of advertisements, sponsorships and word of mouth. Just look at the jump in traffic following the Daring Fireball sponsorship — gives further proof that money can fix traffic problems.
