I love this graphic and should do up one for myself to ensure I don’t have extra steps that could otherwise be eliminated. Also, this just begs to be automated with Shortcuts.

One of my favourite, most relaxing activities every two weeks is ironing. I generally wait until I have 5 shirts or so, then get things setup for the most relaxing 30 to 45 minutes of the bi-weekly period. If you need some cathartic activities, try ironing.

I find myself disagreeing with a lot of the findings of this experiment, but that’s not to say this article isn’t worth your time. It just points to the iPad being completely different things for different people.
