"$3 million to blast the ashes of author Hunter Thompson from a cannon."●
Sunday, Feb 05, 2017
Johnny Depp’s characters all have a loopy tinge to them, so it only makes sense to hear it spreads over from his personal life. Some of these personal spending habits are hard to take seriously.
Over $75 million to “acquire, improve and furnish 14 residences, including a 45-acre chateau in the South of France, a chain of islands in the Bahamas, multiple houses in Hollywood, several penthouse lofts in downtown Los Angeles, and a fully-functioning house farm in Kentucky.”
And:
$30,000 per month on wine “he had flown to him from around the world for his personal consumption.”
I certainly enjoyed the $25 bottle of wine I had last night.
The $95 Million Penthouse at 432 Park Avenue●
Sunday, Feb 05, 2017
I’m sure New Yorkers are well aware of 432 Park Avenue. From the outside, those 10’ x 10’ windows are an eyesore on the NYC skyline.
But then you see the inside and they become a work of art.
“Her bath” probably warrants the $95 million price tag. And the photos on the official site certainly don’t dilute the price.
Life wouldn’t be better living in a penthouse like this, but it’s certainly fun to dream on a Sunday morning.
