My latest review over at Tools & Toys is up.

This week’s subject matter is the Kaweco BRASS Sport and I’m a pretty happy camper overall. Save for a small converter/cartridge, the BRASS Sport writes beautifully, looks gorgeous, and fits just about anywhere I choose.

Generally speaking, I get down on myself as a photographer. I look at other people’s work and all I want to do is emulate their work. In fact, I blame my gear obsession over my discontentedness in my own photos.

But today, for the first time possibly ever, I found myself being happy with my photographs. I’m not sure what I like about these photos, but I am going to try and emulate this style in the future. I can always grow as a photographer, but I’m glad to say I finally have a style to fall back on.
